Song Of Freedom

The idea of liberty has been in
our hearts from the dawn of time.
We have fought and floundered,
yet we still have faith in its elusive
concept. We still sing songs of
freedom,let it’s melody whisper in
our ears, let its unrelenting yearning
unravel our soul. In this painting
I’ve used blue and white to
symbolising the pursuit of dreams
and aspirations. The white dove
symbolises peace and freedom.
The dark blue and white is one of
my favourite combinations, giving
of an aura of purity and innocence,
the dawn after dusk. Together
it’s a soothing and beautiful
combination.
